The Wesley helps students grow in faith, love, and spiritual maturity — while sharing God's grace with everyone we meet.

Our Vision

We envision students learning that faith, knowledge, and ideas can be put into action — and that discipleship means going out to make a difference on campus, in our community, and in the world.

    We live out the belief that the measure of a life is its service, showing up for our community through hands-on partnerships like UM Army, Habitat for Humanity, and the SHSU Food Pantry.

    Through Wednesday Worship and seasonal retreats, we create space to unplug, slow down, and reconnect with God amid the busyness of college life.

  • Student Led Leadership

    Students don't just attend — they lead. From worship to small groups to student council, ownership of the ministry belongs to the students themselves.

    We're a steady, welcoming presence for students through every season — someone to lean on, celebrate with, and pray with.
